| 10:45am- 3:00pm | On Feb. 15th, Pekin High School will be hosting their biannual blood drive. It will go from 10:45 - 3:00. Donating blood is a great way to give back to our community. Each time you donate, you are able to save three lives. Some tips for donating blood are to eat a good meal the day before and the day of donating. You should also get plenty of sleep and stay hydrated. Please come help save lives, enjoy cookies and be entered to win a Casey's gift card. If you are interested in giving blood (and 16 or older), please email Mrs. Black at dawn.black@pekincsd.org, call or just come into the school that day! | |
